| Description | Calibrated astronomical CCD image. This image was generated from the original, raw CCD image by subtraction of the dark frame and by applying flat field correction. Hot pixels, dust doughnuts, and other image artifacts present in the original raw image have been removed. Faint stars that were lost in the noise on the raw image are now visible. |
