| Description |
English: (Tensile-)shear test, using a universal testing machine with a 10 kN load cell attached to a dynamometer, of an adhesive joint (purple) between two steel plates. Fixing of plates is achieved through wedge action jaws. The strength vs crosshead displacement curve is recorded.
A thermostated enclosure, visible in the background, is used for testing at different temperatures. Français : Essai de (traction-)cisaillement, au moyen d'une machine de traction dotée d'un dynamomètre de 10 kN, d'un joint d'adhésif (violet) entre deux tôles d'acier. La fixation des tôles est réalisée à l'aide de mors auto-serreurs. La courbe force en fonction du déplacement de la traverse est enregistrée. Une enceinte thermorégulée, visible au second plan, est utilisée pour réaliser des essais à différentes températures. |
